Parylene Conformal Coatings
Ultra-thin and pinhole-free, Parylene coatings provide excellent moisture, chemical and dielectric barrier protection to critical circuit boards, sensors, MEMS, LEDs, and other components used throughout the aerospace, defense, automotive, electronics and medical device industries.
SCS Parylene HT® was specifically engineered to protect components in harsh environments, providing thermal stability up to 350°C long-term (450°C short-term) and excellent UV stability.

ParyFree®
SCS’ new halogen-free variant of Parylene, ParyFree, offers manufacturers the same host of beneficial properties that they receive from other Parylenes, but with improved barrier properties over traditional halogen-free variants. ParyFree-coated electronics have been tested to meet the requirements of IPX7 and IPX8.
