Aerospace Valves (Marotta Controls)

Marotta Controls, founded in 1943 in New Jersey, USA, provides products for numerous renowned aerospace and defense programs. Recently, Marotta has supplied reusable rocket components for SpaceX's Falcon 9, demonstrating their reusability without refurbishment. In Japan, their products are used in various rocket programs like H-IIA/H-IIB. Marotta offers a wide range of valves, including direct acting, pilot, pressure-operated, check, and regulated valves. These compact valves are suitable for high-pressure applications and have high vibration and shock resistance. The current main series, CoRe, has completed flight qualification, allowing customers to skip the qualification process if requirements are met. Valves can be manifolded and integrated into flow control units with electric control units. Marotta also supplies products for deep-space probes, crewed spacecraft, and satellites, alongside power electronics like AC/DC converters.

Aerospace Bending Tubes and Assembly (Precision Tube Bending: PTB)

We exhibit products from Precision Tube Bending (PTB), California, USA. Founded in 1957, PTB has been delivering their products to many renowned aerospace and defense programs. Primarily, PTB processes tubes and supplies various types of tubes for the Artemis Project, including launch vehicles, crewed spacecraft, and rocket engines. Specifically, PTB provides main tubes for the BE-4 and RS-25 rocket engines. PTB handles a wide range of materials and processes, including bending, beading, flaring, welding, insulation treatment, and surface treatment. They can process tube diameters from 1/32” to 10” and also work with double-walled tubes. Additionally, PTB supports customers’ tubing integration through OEM program management. PTB's advantage lies in their ability to process larger diameter tubes with thin walls, even with a bending radius of less than 1D. PTB is NADCAP certified, allowing them to perform various types of welding, such as TIG, in-house.
