AW109 helicopter、Kratos Unmanned Aerial Target Drone
【AW109 helicopter】
The AW109 is a light twin-engine helicopter developed and manufactured by Leonardo in Italy and is used for a wide range of missions including police, private, emergency transport, and SAR. As a distributor of the AW109 helicopter for the government agencies, we are mainly responsible for sales to the police and provide after-sales support such as parts sales to the police aviation units that operate the AW109 helicopter.
【Kratos Unmanned Aerial Target Drone】
Kratos Unmanned Systems division offers unmanned target drones for training exercises, such as the BQM-177, which simulates cruise missiles for the Maritime Self-Defense Force, and the MQM-178, which simulates fighter jets and bombers for the Ground Self-Defense Force. These aircrafts have been delivered around the world, including the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army, enabling more practical training exercises using these high-performance aircraft.

【Vita Rescue System】
We sell in Japan the Vita Rescue System (hereinafter referred to as “VRS”), a cable rotation and swing control device for helicopter rescue hoist (the name of the rescue winch equipped with the helicopter) developed by Vita Inclinata Technologies Inc. of the United States, with which we have a capital and business alliance.
One of the challenges in air rescue operations by helicopter is that downwash from the rotor blades, strong winds, and aircraft turbulence can cause stretcher suspended from rescue hoist cables to rotate and swing widely. To prevent these problems during air rescue operation, the VRS enables automatic control of the rotation and swing of the stretcher by thrust generated from the built-in powerful duct fan, which is expected to lead to safer and faster air rescue operations by helicopter.
【R&O service for helicopter rescue hoist】
During helicopter rescue operations, rescue hoist is used to lift rescuers and crew members to the aircraft or lower them to the ground. In cooperation with overseas MRO companies, we undertake inspection, repair, and overhaul of rescue hoists for operators and maintenance companies.
【Aircraft parts-out and rotable parts supply】
At KG Aircraft Rotables, our subsidiary based in Ireland, we are engaged in parts-out for mainly preowned Boeing 737 Series/Airbus A320 Family and the supply and repair management of B737 Series, A320 Family, A330, A340, CFM56-5, CFM56-7 and IAE V2500 rotable components.
