FLIGHT DATA RECORDER (FDR)

■From Manufacturing to Data Recovery: Fully Supported by Our Domestic Facilities
Our Flight Data Recorders (FDRs) have the No. 1 market share for Self-Defense Force aircraft. An airborne crash-survivable data recorder for aircraft accident investigation, featuring protective memory that safeguards data from impacts, fire, and underwater pressure in the event of accidents. In case of an emergency, we provide a complete, in-house solution for data retrieval and restoration, all managed at our domestic facilities.
For maritime operations, we also offer Deployable Floating Units (DFUs) that detach from the aircraft upon submersion and float on the water’s surface.

IMAGE TRANSMITTER

■Low-Latency Transmission of Full HD/4K High-Resolution Video for Aircraft and UAVs
Our advanced compression technology converts large data files, such as images, into low-bitrate data with exceptionally high compression rates. This enables near real-time transmission of Full HD high-resolution video over narrowband channels—a feat previously considered difficult.
Leveraging our expertise as a long-time manufacturer of instruments for aircraft, we provide optimal products for a range of applications, including aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and missiles.

■Use Cases: Water Rescue, Marine Observation, and More
・Transmission of various data collected by UAVs to ground stations in remote locations via satellite communication.
・Remote control of UAV flight and onboard equipment (such as cameras) from the ground station.
・Switching between satellite and LTE communications based on current conditions.

BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS)

■Battery Management Systems with Numerous Proven Results for Aircraft
Our Battery Management System (BMS) features customizable options for various applications, including overcharging and over-discharging monitoring, abnormal temperature detection, and cell balance monitoring. By placing a BMU for each battery module and establishing communication and control with a CMU that monitors battery cells, we construct a comprehensive BMS.
Leveraging our extensive experience with civil aviation equipment, we provide advanced BMS designed for aircraft, including UAVs and other airborne systems.
