Processing size to accommodate aviation engines
The working zone of TAMAYAKIN's aluminum heat treatment furnace No. 2 is 2400 mm x 2400 mm x 1400 mm high.
The maximum loading capacity is 500 kg (including jigs). This is an extra-large size in the industry.
We can handle everything from large general parts to aerospace parts.

Nadcap stands for National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program, a special process certification program for the international aerospace and defense industry administered by PRI, a non-profit organization in the United States. The program approves equipment, processes, and personnel to validate processes for product manufacturing and services.
