Processing size to accommodate aviation engines

The working zone of TAMAYAKIN's aluminum heat treatment furnace No. 2 is 2400 mm x 2400 mm x 1400 mm high.
The maximum loading capacity is 1500 kg (including jigs). This is an extra-large size in the industry.

We can handle everything from large general parts to aerospace parts.

TAMAYAKIN's aluminum heat treatment furnaces are Nadcap certified! This means that the quality of aerospace and defense components processed by TAMAYAKIN is guaranteed by a third-party organization.

What is Nadcap certification?

Nadcap stands for National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program, a special process certification program for the international aerospace and defense industry administered by PRI, a non-profit organization in the United States. The program approves equipment, processes, and personnel to validate processes for product manufacturing and services. [Reference: Small and Medium Enterprise Agency (2015) "A Guide for Small and Medium Enterprises to Enter the Aerospace Industry - Obtaining the International Certification (Nadcap) Program.
