Aircraft Parts Joint Factory
Our company operates a "joint factory" where multiple businesses collaborate in the Niigata region to achieve integrated production of aircraft components, including non-destructive testing. Through the integrated production at the joint factory, we achieve the following by automating process transfers with an automated transport system and implementing thorough quality and delivery management:

Non-Destructive Inspection of Aircraft Component
Our non-destructive testing department is Nadcap certified for Fluorescent Penetrant Testing (PT) and has established an inspection system with two Level III inspectors and four Level II inspectors. We also own inspection equipment for Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and can accommodate various applicable standards. We handle not only our own manufactured products but also inspection requests from other companies, boasting extensive experience in this field.
