Sheet Metal Forming Dies
Wada Aircraft Technology are a producer of jigs/moulds for aircraft fuselage parts for almost all areas. One of the methods used to form sheet metal parts is the hydroforming process. Wada Seisakusho is one of Japan's leading manufacturers of dies for this process.

Vacuum Holding Fixtures for Sheet Metal processing
One of Wada Aircraft Technology's specialities is the manufacture of workholding fixtures for the machining and trimming of sheet metal parts. The parts are held in place using vacuum suction, allowing a constant and even holding force during machining.
Wada Aircraft Technology have produced vacuum work holding fixtures up to lengths of 8 metres.

We have experience in both commercial and military applications, with sizes ranging from under a metre, up to tooling for the assembly of entire aircraft sections.
