Nameplates requiring etching and anodizing
Metal nameplates that require aerospace and defense quality. Anodize is basically compliant with JIS H8601 AA6 or higher, but please contact us for MIL-A-8625 Class 2 Type 2 etc. In addition, Nadcap certification (Anodize) also has a certification acquisition plan and is working toward certification.
We also provide work services using SHG laser marking, engraving, and immortal inks that can clearly draw lines up to 0.01 mm.

Please leave polycarbonate panel sheets, stickers, decals, etc. to us.
We do silk screen printing and UV inkjet printing using LUS soft ink manufactured by Mimaki Engineering. Inkjet printing can also be mass-produced with the latest high-performance large machines (up to 4'×8' printing). We also have some stocks of materials that are commonly used in the aerospace and defense sectors. In particular, 3M's film materials and double-sided tapes used in nameplates are substantial.
We can manufacture not only equipment, but also nameplates and information sheets for use in the cabin and near the seats. In the future, we are looking forward to partnerships with companies that are developing these products and business machines.

In order to become a first-call company in the manufacture of nameplates in the aerospace and defense field, we continue to conduct various educational programs and update our technology and equipment on a daily basis.
