Integrated production system for Aerospace Parts Manufacturing
KAGA centralizes the production system of metal and plastic parts etc., for aerospace equipment from process-by-process management to management of the entire product flow. KAGA's unique network directly handles the transfer of parts from one process to another by “documenting” the entire product process once an order form and drawings are received from the customer. By centralizing the management of final products at KAGA, customers can drastically reduce overhead costs and shorten delivery times and flow times.

We process non-metallic and metallic shims inside Tier 1 premises in metallic and non-metallic materials. Our technology contributes to quality improvement and flow time reduction, and we provide all original customized SHIMs each time, which contributes to higher assembly rates for aircraft manufacturing.
