APEC- SK Series 5-axis High Speed Gantry Machining Center
Asia Pacific Elite Corp. (APEC)'s SK series are five-axis high-speed gantry machining centers specifically designed for aerospace applications. These machines are primarily used for cutting aerospace aluminum alloys. Featuring a U-shaped force flow structure, they are driven by high-speed linear motors on the XY axis and double ball screws on the Z axis. They are suitable for machining various aerospace components such as wing structures, fuselage structures, wing ribs, stringers, bulkheads, and landing gear panels.
- The lowest gravity center in the world
Zero distance between the gravity of the moving parts and the driving plane makes the gravity center closer to the driving plane. The machining stability could then be improved and the best machine
rigidity could be ensured.
- Complex chip removal system
