3dimensional reticular structure material
The 3D reticular structure we exhibit is a cushioning material made from polyethylene resin. The company is located in Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and is a leading company in the field of polyethylene 3D reticular structures. C-Eng's patented technology is used in a wide range of applications, from bed mattresses and other consumer goods to cushioning materials installed on highways. The 3D reticular structure is made of 90% air, and its air permeability is many times higher than that of other cushioning materials. It is also an environmentally friendly material with low CO2 emissions in the manufacturing process and high recyclability due to its mono-material nature.
