Aluminizied Coating
Metal surface modification : Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and oxidation-resistant coating by diffusion coating of aluminum.
We SHINTO Industrial Co. Ltd. are manufacturer of metal surface modification that changes the properties of metal surface by using its unique diffusion infiltration technology. By diffusing and infiltrating aluminum, chromium, vanadium, titanium, etc. into the metal surface, it forms an alloy layer with excellent adhesion and properties such as high-temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
Based on the developments and experiences through delivery track record for automobile engine parts and industrial gas turbines parts, we aim to enter the aerospace field, such as aluminized turbin blade for aircraft engine parts. JIS Q 9100 certified.
