FIDES reliability analysis
FIDES is a method for predicting the reliability of electronic devices in a wide range of fields (aviation, military, automobiles, communications, IT, etc.) in addition to the space field, and is mainly used in Europe. Its scope of use is expected to expand in the future. We also provide a Japanese translation of the FIDES guidebook, and we would like to introduce the overview and services of this service.
