5 AXIS MACHINE VISES
Nabeya Co.,Ltd. we take great care in producing highly accurate 5 axis machine vices that enable manufacturers to save both time and money through the versatility of their design. Our five axis machine vices provide a number of advantages by utilizing vice jaws built upon a raised level structure that avoid interference from the machine’s main spindle. This design allows for shorter cutting tool lengths which increases accuracy through reduced tool deflection, increases the life of cutting tools, and reduces the overall time spent machining parts during production. Workpieces can also always be clamped in the center position of the vise, reducing the work involved in programming.

Q-Lock Elements
Nabeya Co.,Ltd. we’re always working on solutions that speed up manufacturing time without sacrificing accuracy or safety. The inefficiencies associated with traditional jig loading during set up and their potential for human error inspired us to design our Q-lock system for jig setup.
One of the greatest inefficiencies in CNC manufacturing is positioning during jig loading. The Q-lock system eliminates the need for time consuming positioning during set up. With a quick clamping design and a Jig location repeatability within 3 microns, our Q-lock system consistently reduces set up time by 50-70% while significantly reducing potentials for human error during set up. The design of our Q-lock system also actively defends against chip intrusion.
