Procedures after Application

[Confirmation of Application]
JA2016 Office will check the application.
【Issue a Confirmation letter of Application】
JA2016 Office will send an "Application Confirmation" letter and invoice of the deposit (10% of the exhibition fee) to the applicant within 30 days after receipt of an application.
【Payment of the Deposit】
Exhibitors pay a deposit to the organizer within 30 days from the date of invoice.
【Payment of the Balance of the Exhibition Fees】
Exhibitors pay the remaining balance of the exibition fee by no later than May 31, 2016.
