The method of application for accommodation

• ■Click “Hotel Accommodation” button to enter into exclusive application site.
• ■Please click your favorite hotel from the list of hotels to go to application form.
• ■After confirming the detail of your selected hotel, please reserve it following the instructions on the website.
• ■The payments are settled by credit card only.
• ■After submitting your reservation you will be sent an email notification detailing your reservation information.

• ※The rates are quoted per room, per night and include breakfast, tax and service charge.
• ※The cancellation policies etc. are different depending on each hotel. Please confirm it on the application site.
• ※The payments are settled by Japanese Yen only.
